I’ve been asked to set out to sea—to explore, to reconnect with the company’s history, and to help bring back its stories and shared legacy. It’s a challenge that feels bigger than I expected. For a moment, hesitation sets in. Then I pause, take a breath, and move forward. Every journey starts the same way: with a first step—or in this case, a first mile at sea. If I’m stepping into this role, I might as well embrace it. After all, what would a captain say at a moment like this?
